Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
- You must email us at Support@pawfecteats.com or contact us on +1 872-269-0549 within 7 days of receiving the product.
- An unboxing video (360° clear view) is required to support your return request.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned unused, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Returns without a valid unboxing video or after 7 days may not be accepted.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we’ll initiate the refund.
- The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
